Review of Zum Faessle, HagnauDuring a recent weekend getaway to Hagnau, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Zum Faessle, and it truly felt like a little historical gem nestled near the shores of Lake Constance. The hotel's excellent location allowed for easy access to the nearby lakefront, while the property itself sparked curiosity about the area's rich cultural tapestry. As a history teacher, I appreciate a well-maintained environment, and I was delighted to find our double room exceptionally clean and inviting, complete with a cozy seating area and a minibar-a thoughtful touch. The rotating tower fan ensured we stayed comfortable during our stay, making us feel right at home. A highlight of our experience was the delightful breakfast, which offered a varied selection including local strawberries that were simply divine. The friendly staff, particularly the elder lady in charge, made our stay even more enjoyable with their warm hospitality and professionalism. With free parking available right behind the property, we had the freedom to explore the breathtaking landscapes around Hagnau without a hitch. Zum Faessle provided an enriching experience that beautifully paired comfort with historical charm, making it a perfect base for our family adventure. We look forward to our next visit, eager to delve further into the area's history and enjoy more of its scenic pleasures.
